Returns of Equipment

For Accessories Ordered via SPECIALIZED.COM and Delivered to a Specific Address:



Our mission is simple - to be the go-to brand for our consumers. For this reason, we offer you the option to return any new or unused item free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. If you have reconsidered your purchase or ordered the wrong size, simply follow the returns directions below to return your item to us for free.

1. Complete the Return Form, including the Reason for Return for each item. Have you lost the Return Form? Click here to download a new form.

2. Place each item in its packaging and place it inside the original box, making sure you also include the return form.

3. Click HERE to download the completed Withdrawal Document to be delivered to BRT.

4. Book your collection directly at home or leave the package at the nearest DPD / BRT Bartolini center.

5. In both cases - collection at an indicated address or delivery at the BRT center - remember to always deliver the completed Collection Document to BRT Bartolini

Note: Items ordered on Specialized.com can only be returned to Specialized.com and not to a Specialized Reseller.

Returns of Bikes

For Bicycles Ordered via SPECIALIZED.COM and Delivered to a Specific Address:



Our mission is simple - to be the go-to brand for our consumers. For this reason, we offer you the option to return any new or unused item free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. If you have reconsidered your purchase or ordered the wrong size, simply follow the returns directions below to return your item to us for free.

1. Fill out the Rider Care form and send us a return request, or call us directly at the phone number indicated in the order confirmation email.

2. Store the bike inside the original box and be sure to include this return form. Click here to download it again. If you no longer have the box available, be sure to indicate this in the return request.

3. After activating the return procedure, our shipping partner will contact you to collect the bike at your address.

Returns Pick Up in Store

For Items Ordered on SPECIALIZED.COM and Collected From a Select Retailer:



1. Complete the Return Form, including the Reason for Return for each item. Have you lost the Return Form? Click here to download a new form.

2. Place each item in its packaging and place it inside the original box, making sure you also include the Return Form.

3. Return the items to the Specialized Dealer of your choice as a collection point.

Note: Items ordered on Specialized.com and collected from a Specialized Reseller can only be returned to the chosen Reseller and not through the Specialized.com site .
